Listed below is the summary of our data services process flow:

1. Your package will be checked in and entered into our Client Inventory Control System.
2. You will be contacted to confirm receipt of your shipment.
3. You will be contacted with the results of our evaluation as soon as it is complete.
4. Upon your approval we will complete the recovery, backup your data to the desired media and provide you with the list of files and folders recovered by our engineer. You will need to confirm the list.
5. Upon your confirmation, we will ship/transport/deliver your recovered data and original media (if requested) back to your location, along with our invoice and delivery order. We will be expecting your payment after the delivery.
6. Our warranty period will be 3 days after the delivery.
